Francesca Butler

Francesca joined The Health Policy Partnership in April 2022 as a Project Officer. She is currently part of the team working on the Heart Failure Policy Network.

Before joining HPP, Francesca worked with various non-governmental organisations in different parts of the world. Her work in reproductive health in Nigeria and the UK led her to pursue a career in health policy.

Francesca holds an MSc in Health and International Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her dissertation explored the effects of ‘NGO-isation’ in the implementation of a mental health programme in Chiapas, Mexico.
