Victoria joined The Health Policy Partnership in September 2016 as Administrative Assistant. She progressed to become Administrator before being promoted to the role of Operations Manager in June 2019.

Providing administrative and operational support to the whole HPP team, Victoria is responsible for managing organisational tasks and solving logistical challenges. Her role includes oversight of business expense management, documentation and filing. She maintains relationships with external suppliers and assists the research team in planning events.

Before joining HPP, Victoria worked in administrative roles for companies in chartered accountancy and media, including jobs in London and the Netherlands

Victoria has an Advanced Apprenticeship in information and communications technology (ICT), with various ICT diplomas. She is currently enrolled in a Level 2 Diploma in Business and Administration with the Open University.
