Lowri joined The Health Policy Partnership in June 2020 as a Researcher. She currently works as part of the team for an ongoing project on radioligand therapy.
Before joining HPP, Lowri worked as a programme manager on various development programmes across Africa and Asia funded by the UK Department for International Development. She was also a Research Assistant at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine’s International Centre for Evidence in Disability, where she worked on analysing reproductive and sexual healthcare interventions for people with disabilities, and supported in designing and programming surveys for measuring vision, hearing and mobility impairments.
Lowri holds an MSc in Reproductive and Sexual Healthcare Research from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of Bath.
She is fluent in English, Dutch and Welsh.
