Flexible working

All HPP team members can take advantage of our flexible working policy.

HPP closes on the third Friday of the month to give colleagues a longer weekend.

Team members may join any of HPP’s three internal committees:

Reviews and makes recommendations to reduce HPP’s environmental impact and enhance our contribution to sustainability.

Works to promote equality, diversity and inclusion within and beyond HPP, through our culture and work.

Social committee

Organises a wide range of virtual and in-person social activities for HPP team members throughout the year.
