Jody joined The Health Policy Partnership in January 2018 and has been Chief Executive Officer since December 2025.
In addition to being part of HPP’s senior leadership, Jody has led numerous projects across the company. This has included policy initiatives and campaigns in areas such as obesity, personalised medicine, dermatology, vaccination and rare diseases. She also provided internal strategy support to clients in areas including breast cancer, cardiovascular disease and biomarker testing.
Jody has more than 15 years’ experience in public health, specialising in research and successful project delivery. Much of her work before joining HPP involved supporting clients to design, deliver and evaluate large-scale public health programmes in Africa and Asia, with a focus on health systems strengthening, access to medicines and communicable disease control.
She has written or contributed to a range of articles, reports and policy briefs for clients, including the UK and Australian governments, the United Nations and philanthropic organisations.
Jody has a Master’s in Public Health (Global Health) from the University of Manchester and a Master’s in Development Studies from the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies.
