Kasia Trojanowska

Kasia Trojanowska

Associate Director of Editorial

‘Inspiring people to create a positive impact in healthcare is what we are all committed to at HPP; successful communication is at the very heart of this work.’

Kasia joined The Health Policy Partnership in May 2020 and was promoted to the role of Associate Director of Editorial in January 2026. She works across all projects, providing editorial leadership and wider strategic support to the company.

Kasia has a broad background in publishing, spanning current affairs, literature and health. Having begun her editorial journey at Hurst Publishers, she then worked for a number of years in the publications department of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, before moving on to an editor role at the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health and working as an independent editor and proofreader.

She enjoys applying her skills in literary criticism and linguistics in her editorial roles. Believing that the way we communicate can change lives, Kasia is committed to teasing the most compelling message out of any piece of writing and looking for new ways to encourage readers to engage with content.

Kasia holds an MA in English Literature and Language (with Honours) from the University of Warsaw, Poland. She is an Advanced Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) and holds a number of editorial and writing certificates, including those from the Publishing Training Centre, the CIEP, City, University of London, the Plain English Campaign and NHS England & NHS Improvement. As a CIEP member, Kasia set up Editing Coffee, a learning group for editorial professionals, which she ran with much joy. She is fluent in English and Polish, and is currently learning Spanish with her 2-year-old daughter.
