Neus Salvador Costa
Senior Researcher
‘Coming from a medical family and having worked in healthcare consulting, I know how important it is to engage with different community groups to improve healthcare for everyone. Working at HPP gives me the chance to make a real difference in this vital area.’
Neus joined The Health Policy Partnership in April 2026 as a Senior Researcher on the cardiovascular and heart failure team.
Before joining HPP, Neus worked for the social research agency Verian Group, where she delivered a range of projects on housing, local communities and environmental policy. While at Verian, she specialised as a qualitative researcher, applying ethnographic and co-creative methods to assess behaviour and systemic change.
Early in her research career, Neus developed a passion for health equity through her roles at VML Health (formerly System Analytic) and Ipsos, where she engaged with multiple key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals and patients with a focus on oncology, vaccines, and autoimmune and rare diseases.
Neus holds an MA in International Studies and Diplomacy from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London, and a joint BA in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Valencia. She speaks Catalan, Spanish and English.
