We offer a 5% pension contribution.

Life assurance

All team members are covered by life assurance immediate upon joining HPP.

Annual leave

25 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays and an additional closure over Christmas/New Year.

Wellbeing days and birthday leave

HPP closes on the third Friday of the month to give colleagues a longer weekend, and all colleagues get an additional day off on their birthday.

Enhanced family leave

HPP provides a full range of family leave benefits including enhanced maternity and paternity pay.

Long-service reward

After five years’ employment at HPP, team members have the option of taking an unpaid sabbatical of up to three months.

Season ticket or bicycle loan

Annual interest-free season ticket loan or a bicycle loan available to HPP team members.

Home office equipment

In support of our hybrid working model, HPP provides staff with the necessary equipment to ensure they can work from home comfortably.

Committees

Team members may join any of HPP’s three internal committees:

Equality, diversity and inclusion committee

Works to promote equality, diversity and inclusion within and beyond HPP, through our culture and work.

Environmental and sustainability committee

Reviews and makes recommendations to reduce HPP’s environmental impact and enhance our contribution to sustainability.

Social committee

Organises a wide range of social activities throughout the year, and runs a book group which any team member can join.
